Implementation & Technical Support Engineer

Required Tasks

• Deploy Python applications on Linux (On-premises).
• Install, configure, and test software at customer sites.
• Perform database and application version migrations.
• Configure application runtime environments and required services.
• Troubleshoot installation and deployment issues.
• Provide on-site technical support and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Linux .
• Python application deployment.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and Linux command line.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and visit customer sites.

Preferred

• Experience with Docker.
• Experience deploying Django applications.
